Returns

  1. Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We only accept returns for items that are unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  2. Exclusions: Some items are non-returnable, including customized or personalized items, clearance or final sale items, and mattresses that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed promptly, but please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Damaged or Defective items
