What you need, roughly how much, and which town it has to reach — those three are enough. If you do not know the shade number, send a photo of the wall or of the old tin and we will tell you which grade fits.

You get the rate and the dispatch time back
Each item comes back separately with its brand, pack size and shade. If there is a parcel charge it is shown on its own line — nothing is added later.

Confirm the order with a UPI advance. Once the payment lands, the material goes out within 24–48 hours by parcel service or lorry transport, and we send you the LR or parcel number on WhatsApp. The GST invoice travels with the goods.

There is a dealer in my town — why Quality Colours?
Not instead of your town dealer — for when he does not have it. When one shade, grade or brand is missing and the job stops, one WhatsApp message brings it in. Buying several brands on a single invoice is also possible here.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Orders of ₹10,000 and above get free parcel delivery; below that a flat ₹150 parcel charge applies, so it pays to combine small items into one order.
What if the shade does not match?
We confirm the shade number before the order is placed, and machine-tinted shades are made in one batch so the colour stays consistent. If what arrives is not the shade on the order, send the unopened tin back and we replace it. A tinted tin that has been opened cannot be returned under brand rules — which is exactly why we confirm the shade in writing first.
How is payment made?
By UPI advance. Once the order is confirmed you send the payment by UPI and the material is dispatched as soon as it lands. The GST invoice travels with the goods.
Do you give credit?
No. New painter orders are on UPI advance only, which is what lets us hold the rate steady. For large, repeating contract work the terms can be discussed directly.
Why are there no painter rates on this page?
Brand rates move with pack size, grade, shade and whatever scheme the brand is running that month — printed as a list they would be out of date immediately. Tell us the item on WhatsApp and you get that day's rate straight away. Your share accrues as QC Painter Club points.
