Painter? Register with Quality ColoursA rectangular acrylic profile that is fixed into a construction joint before the second concrete pour and then swells when water reaches it, closing the gap by expansion rather than by adhesion. Used on construction joints, pipe and steelwork penetrations through walls and floor slabs, and in cable ducts. Supplied as single rolls in vacuum foil, boxed in multiples. Fix the profile firmly so it cannot float out of position during the pour.
