- Surface preparation & application
- Single component - stir well; thin with Gemchlor Thinner 0-30%. Surface must be clean and free from oil, dust and loose particles. Paint only on a dry surface, with the object's temperature well above the dew point, to avoid bubbles/pin holes. Avoid over-thick or over-thinned application, high heat/wind and cold surfaces - these cause orange peel, wrinkling and sagging.
