A very dense slab gives a coating nothing to grip; a very weak porous one has tensile strength below one newton per square millimetre and pulls apart under the coating. This silane siloxane modified, solvent-based primer handles both, and also works over firmly adhering existing solvent-based coatings. Colourless liquid supplied in a 16 kg container.
