On site it is dipped in water, enough percolates through the perforations to form a non-shrink thixotropic grout, and the capsule goes straight into the drill hole. It is used to grout rock bolts for strata reinforcement in tunnelling and mining to reduce roof collapses. Supplied in several diameters, boxed by piece count.
