These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website qcpaintshop.com and the purchase of products and services from Quality Colours ("we," "our," or "us"), a paint retail business operating 5 branches across Ramanathapuram district, Tamil Nadu. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By browsing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services (including in-store purchases, online enquiries, and delivery requests), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

• All products sold by Quality Colours are genuine, branded paints and painting accessories sourced from authorized distributors. We stock products from 10+ leading brands including Asian Paints, Berger, Nippon Paint, and others.
• Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to ensure prices shown on our website are accurate and up to date. However, prices may vary between our online listings and in-store prices due to timing of updates. The final price at the time of purchase confirmation shall apply.
• Product availability may vary by branch. Certain products, especially custom-mixed colours, may require advance ordering and a lead time of 1–3 business days.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or in person at any of our 5 branches in Ramanathapuram, Rameswaram, Thangachimadam, Pamban, and Paramakudi.
• An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Simply submitting an online enquiry does not constitute a confirmed order.
• We accept payments via cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, and online payment through our website where available.
• For large orders or custom-mixed paints, we may require partial or full advance payment before processing.
• All payment transactions processed through our website are handled by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank account details.

4. Delivery Policy

• We offer delivery services across Ramanathapuram district including Ramanathapuram town, Rameswaram, Thangachimadam, Pamban, Paramakudi, and surrounding areas.
• Free delivery is available on orders above ₹10,000 within our standard delivery coverage area.
• For orders below ₹10,000, a nominal delivery fee will be communicated at the time of order confirmation based on your location and order weight.
• Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on product availability and your location. Custom-mixed paints may take an additional 1–2 days.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
• Deliveries for locations outside Ramanathapuram district may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for details.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. We are not responsible for damages or losses after handover at the specified delivery location.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom-mixed paints are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are prepared specifically to your chosen colour and cannot be resold.
• Sealed, unopened standard products (factory-packed) may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns are subject to inspection at our branch. Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product, defective item, etc.).

6. Warranty

All paint products sold by Quality Colours carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product packaging. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type:

• Warranty claims must be directed to the respective manufacturer. We will assist you in filing warranty claims and liaising with the brand's customer support team.
• Warranty coverage typically applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover issues arising from improper surface preparation, incorrect application, or exposure to conditions outside the product's intended use.
• Please retain your original purchase receipt and product batch details, as these are required for warranty claims.
• Quality Colours does not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Our liability is limited to facilitating the claim process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Quality Colours website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and design elements — is the property of Quality Colours or its respective content suppliers and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent. Brand names, product names, and logos displayed on our site are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used here for identification purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Quality Colours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
• We are not responsible for the performance of paint products when applied in conditions or methods not recommended by the manufacturer. Always follow the application guidelines on the product label.
• Colour representations on our website and in digital tools (such as the colour visualizer) are approximate. Actual paint colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and surface texture. We recommend testing with a sample before committing to a large purchase.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
• We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
